GAZOMET is the first Polish company that produced a regulating and measuring gas station of container-type according to its own design and design documentation.
 


Today GAZOMET meets client’s individual expectation in scope of design and performance of:
• high-pressure gas stations (Io)
• increased medium-pressure gas stations (Io)

• regulating and regulating-measuring units

Gas stations

 
Gas stations produced in GAZOMET company are designed and performed according to technical specifications included in Ordinance of Minister of Economy dated 26.04.2013 (Journal of Laws 2013 item 640), requirements included in Factory Standards, guidelines of PGNiG S.A. in Warsaw, guidelines of Gaz-System S.A. in Warsaw, specifications of Bureau of Technical Inspection and Pressure Equipment Device Directive 97/23/WE.
 
Design of gas stations is supported with the following programs: SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD – constructions, PDM – design management (ISO 9001).
 
 
Gas stations are designed on the basis of modern regulating and safety equipment.
 
Regulating and safety equipment works in the safety system:
 
·  basic system ,
·   monitored system (active and passive system).
 
Lines of gas stations are equipped with self-made shut-off fixture (ball valves), filters, combined filter-heat exchangers and gas heat exchangers. Silencers installed directly on fixture and/or regulating lines that are used in gas stations significantly reduce noise emission.
 

GAZOMET equips its stations with systems enabling to collect, archive and transfer the following information on the work of gas station.
 
Measurements of:
 
·         gas flow (actual flow and flow referred to normal conditions),
·         gas pressure before reduction,
·         gas pressure after reduction,
·         gas temperature after reduction,
·         temperature of heating medium (information on boiler’s work),
·         flow of gas that supplies a boiler room,
·         potential of cathodic protection.
 
 
Signalling of:
 
·         exceeding maximal gas pressure drop on filters (soiling of filter inserts),
·         activation of shut-off valves (regulator’s failure),
·         activation of relief valves,
·         opening the door in technological rooms of station,
·         work of injection gas odorising plant,
·         power failure of station in electricity,
·         temperature drop in a room of controlling and measuring equipment,
·         parameters of boiler’s work.
 
 
Controlling of:
 
·         work of injection gas odorising plant (actual flow),
·         boiler’s work.
 
 
Telemetric systems are supplied through UPS power supply unit, and power supply is protected with residual current devices  and with 2nd level of lightning protection. All above-mentioned parameters may be transferred by means of GSM modem or Ethernet.
 
 
Technological elements of gas stations, measuring stations and regulating units are placed in container housings:
 
·         made of metal, performed as self-supporting elements covered with zinc or aluzinc coated sheet with thermal insulation and noise soundproofing,
·         made of concrete, architecturally integrated into an environment.
